About Me

Kelly Dahl headshotI honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I wasn’t being self-reflective. I started my first diary when I was 7, and today write, sketch, and paint in journals regularly as a way to find meaning, gain clarity, and stay connected to my true self.

I’ve been lucky to work in careers that honored self-discovery. I was first an 8th grade teacher and then a therapist, helping children and adults overcome challenges and find their voice. I loved my work, but also found these roles restrictive and confining.

Big life events came my way: I married an amazing man, had two beautiful children, and bumped around between meaningful, yet unfulfilling, part time jobs. Good things were happening, yet I felt like I was floating down a twisting river on a raft.

I was still seeking, looking for something that would make me feel truly fulfilled and inspired on a daily basis.

This past year, I realized it was time to put my passion for self discovery to work.

Here I present a space for exploring thoughts and ideas on

  • how to live a fulfilling and meaningful life
  • tangible tactics for getting the most out of life
  • how to experiment, take risks and dream big.

Nothing brings me more excitement than the thought of sharing with you my enthusiasm for living

A Life of Excellence.
