Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind.
I’m not sure if yoga is quieting my mind or not. Lately there’s been a lot of buzzing up there.
Today I’m appreciating that I can count on my practice to bring a little goodness into my day, every day. My practice won’t criticize me, it won’t be disappointed in me, it won’t try to make me feel guilty.
My practice listens to what I need and delivers. My practice supports me. My practice is making me strong, both physically and emotionally.
And maybe, just maybe, it is quieting my mind a little too.
